Our 50th Wedding Anniversary Party is truly a full circle moment because it is the actual day and the same reception venue as our wedding day 50 years ago on April 26, 1975.

We met in college, where we became good friends—a friendship that eventually blossomed into something more.

On October 15, 1974, we got engaged in Cincinnati, Ohio, where Nancy was living at the time. While Nancy was in Cincinnati, her mother masterfully planned the entire wedding and informed us of how it was going to unfold!

Our ceremony took place at St. Joseph's Church, followed by a beautiful reception at the historic San Jose Women's Club—which is also the venue for our anniversary celebration.

Over the past 50 years, we've been blessed with a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventure. We've raised three wonderful children, been gifted with six amazing grandchildren, cherished the love of our dear family and friends, traveled the world, and created countless memories. Through all of life’s ups and downs, our bond has only grown stronger.

As we celebrate five decades of marriage, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible journey we've shared and the joy of having so many loved ones to celebrate with us. Here's to love, resilience, and many more beautiful years to come.
