FAQ

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

All events on the day will be held outdoors. However, if the weather takes a turn (hopefully this doesn't happen) the venue has a very large indoor space that we can use.

Can I bring my kids?

As much as we adore your little ones, due to limited venue capacity, we are very restricted on how many children we can accommodate on the wedding day and therefore we respectfully ask that you try your best to arrange childcare for your kids. We hope you understand.

Will there be vegetarian options?

We have plenty of vegetarian guests so there will be a variety of vegetarian options on the day. If you do pick a vegetarian option, your main course will be an Indian vegetarian meal. If you have any other dietary requirements please let us know in advance and please also state this on your RSVP.

What food will there be?

As well as a variety of wonderful Spanish options, our caterers have made every effort to ensure that there are also Indian options available for the appetisers and the main course.

what will the weather be like?

We predict that the weather in early September will be in its high 20's or early 30's so make sure to pack plenty of sunscreen!

IS THERE CAR PARKING ONSITE?

Although transport will be provided on the wedding day, for those who prefer to drive especially for the ceremony, there will be plenty of parking available onsite.

WHAT KIND OF SHOES SHOULD I WEAR?

This is mainly for the ladies! The venue is quite gravely and some areas are quite far apart so there may be a bit of walking involved, so if you plan to wear heels then we would recommend block heels or wedges rather than stilettos.

IS THERE A GIFT REGISTRY?

Your presence and blessings are all that we ask for, however if you would still like to give a gift, we kindly ask for no boxed gifts

Where can I buy Indian outfits?

You can either go to Southall Broadway/Wembley and haggle with vendors the old fashioned way or here's a few online shop recommendations that are more reasonably priced. I would personally recommend Indian suits/Lenghas/Co-ords and would avoid saris if you've never worn one before as they are difficult to tie. Asos has a limited range of Indian wear, just type in 'Indian Dress' in the search box and look through the ranges of different designers. Etsy/Facebook Marketplace/Vinted/Shein also have some great styles available. Diya Online has very simple but reasonably priced Asian wear: https://www.diyaonline.com/women.html or for outfits on the pricier end you could look at the following: https://www.houseofindya.com/ https://www.lashkaraa.com/

Why a destination wedding?

There's very few opportunities in life to have everyone you love together in another country. Most people that know me (Natasha), know the importance that I place on memories and experiences. A destination wedding is not just a wedding but an experience. It's a chance to create beautiful and unique memories to last a lifetime and have all your loved ones together for what feels like a big family/friends holiday that we'd never otherwise get the opportunity to have.

WHY SPAIN?

Aside from the fact that there is beautiful weather all year round and the scenery is absolutely stunning, we chose Spain because we wanted to make our wedding as cost-effective as possible for our guests to attend without compromising on the beauty and luxury of the place itself. We completely understand that a destination wedding is a commitment of a lot of time and money and for this reason some people will not be able to come. With many destination weddings costing guests hundreds or even thousands of pounds, Spain is definitely one of the more affordable options when it comes to guest flights and accommodation. The flights are also much shorter which helps those who are limited on time!
