Some info about the venue:
It is wheelchair accessible. Both ceremony and reception will be indoors at the same building. There is NO air conditioning, hoping to have large fans and such. Bathrooms are located at the central building behind the exhibit barns, we may also rent a porta potty for faster access.
The west exhibit barn is the one closest to the parking lot - if you are facing the building the entrance will be to your left.
Can I bring my....?
Dog? Cat? Kids? Friends?
Simple answer, no.
Due to the nature of the wedding and reception we sadly must decline. It is a formal event, and recreational desserts will be included in abundance. Your invite is exactly that, YOURS. We will be inviting additional guests upon cancelations, so simply ask and we'll see what we can do! We are also opening our reception to those 18+ at 5pm, so if you've got that friend who can rock the party let em know! (and let us know so the extra festivities don't run out! Lol)

You're welcome to RSVP on this website any time before April 1st! Formal invites were sent in February, please be sure to mail in your response or reply online, if you do not respond you will be assumed not attending and your seat & plate will be reserved for someone else.
What's the dress code?
Come in your black tie best! Ball out, be extra! Our wedding party will be in sage green, and dark purple. We recommend avoiding those colors, but financially do what you can afford - if your only fancy dress is sage green then rock it lol. Times are hard, if black tie isn't in the budget that's ok too. Just don't wear white or show up in old jeans... Don't make us be jerks and kick ya out alright? Xoxo

I'm white and silver, the guys are grey and purple (Nick's might be black and silver? Not sure I'm not allowed to know lmao) my girls are in sage green and silver! Our decor also reflects these colors. So if you don't wanna match with the wedding party and decor avoid the green and purple! But again, I really don't mind. I'd be way more offended by jeans or a white dress lol

If you would like to join us for decorating the venue, please stop by August 2nd!
Arrive no earlier than 10am for setup
Dinner break 4pm, finish setup.
WE DESPERATELY NEED PEOPLE WITH LADDERS!!! (the ceiling is roughly 11ft)
Our wedding party rehearsal begins roughly around 8pm, we ask that anyone not in the wedding clear out.
We must leave the grounds by 10pm

If you would like to join us for cleanup of the venue please stop by August 4th!
Arrive about noon for cleanup, drinking, and some bullshit fast food/leftovers
Exit by 10pm.
I WILL BE SAVING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FOR RESALE PLEASE TREAT DECOR DELICATELY.
Phones? Cameras?
Our ceremony WILL be unplugged.
No phones, tablets, cameras, etc.
Enjoy the moment with us. We spent too dang much on photographers and a photobooth, we will also have several cameras of our own setup. (Note, the bride will personally come to ur house & bite u if ur in the way of our shots with ur dumb phone!)
HOWEVERRRRRrrrr....... At the END of the ceremony there will be an announcement for a brief photo session for everyone. You'll even get to contribute to our exit by using your flash!! The reception is totally open, we even designed a game with cool prizes for taking photos! So put em away for the ceremony and get hype!

There will be a QR code for uploading pictures to a Google drive located on the game cards as well.
What about gifts/registry?
There will be a card box, gift table, QR codes for things like venmo/cashapp, and even a coin bank for those loose dollars/change on site!
Give what ya feel so inclined to, but more importantly enjoy our day with us β€οΈβ€οΈWhile we do have a registry much of it is expensive - we own our house and have too many things in it!! Items listed are upgrades and extras rather than suggestions so we truly don't expect purchases. However there are some lower budget options as well as gift cards if you're truly inclined!
Other gift ideas : The groom enjoys weed, spicy food, Tetris and Sudoku, Zelda and Fire Emblem. The bride enjoys whiskey, music, all things victorian, and wall decor (we're renovating our hallway and going for a goth castle feel, so bring me your weird paintings, spooky photo frames, or other unique creepies!) Artist friends are more than welcome to gift us your arts!!
Another thing very valued to us is photos, if you have any of/with us, our families or friends, get that shit in a frame or album!

Another gift/guestbook option

We will not have a guestbook. Instead, sign the centerpiece bottles, take photos at the photobooth, contribute to our painting (<--weather dependant) OR bring us a signed record! Choose/buy one of your favorite vinyls, sign it, and bring it for the gift table! We'd love to expand our collection, and this way, we remember who had the good taste π it's also a great low budget option for those who wish to bring a gift and are stumped by previous mentions!
What's on the menu?
I'm planning to order pizza, sushi, and tacos from our favorite places, served buffet style. We will have an ice cream cart from Hippy Dippy with 6 flavors to choose from in place of a cake (but potentially cake too lol) and a carnival truck (all free!) for the last 3 hours with Fries, sliders, chicken tenders, corndogs, and Cheese curds π€£

If this doesn't sound awesome or you've got food allergies/special diet, you may want to come fed or bring food with you!
There will be an open bar and very specifically marked dessert area containing "recreational goodies" π π π

Visit the Bailey's station, grab a Coronarita, dive into the cooler for a pineapple truly, or do some kegstands you fuckin animals!!!
There will be a bottle of wine or liquor in a gift bag at each table. There will be labels and pens nearby/inside of the gift bag. These are for our anniversaries!
Please sign some labels, draw dicks, make your own personal time capsule, leave us love and attach it to the bottle!! WE WILL NOT OPEN THE GIFT BAGS UNTIL THE SPECIFIED ANNIVERSARY. This is an extremely meaningful way for everyone to be part of our future and bring us great joy for many years to come β€οΈ You can also leave photos, small gifts/money in the bags but please don't leave anything edible lol I mean it, some of them might not get opened for 10yrs or more!!
Weather Predictions!!

Based on weather history and this year's predictions, it looks like a hot rainy weekend! Be prepared for temps around 75-82 and bring an umbrella! (It looks like we may skip the rain on Saturday and be hit Friday during setup lol)

For the sake of special favors and ease of choice there are place cards at the tables. After the ceremony feel free to mix yourselves up, just try not to leave empty spaces! We hope to also have chairs available for anyone who finds the picnic tables uncomfortable - I feel you! I was 8 months pregnant the last time I sat there hahaha
Livestream?
Can't make it? We are hoping to have a livestream setup for the entire day to be available so you can join us/check in and see what's going down! When I know more about this a link or general info will be available HERE!
Help! I'm Here And Don't Know Which Barn Or Entrance To Use?

I personally am a bumbling idiot when it comes to finding places and would've loved this detail at other's events lol. If you made it to the parking lot with 3 white buildings you found us! If you're still a little unsure (or don't wanna walk directly down the aisle!) look for THIS sign by our guest entrance!
