13 February 2026:

3:00PM: Check in is open for those staying onsite.

5:15PM: The bar will be open and the pizzas will be flowing, so come join us for arrival night dinner and drinks. As it falls on Friday the 13th and because we all know Jamie loves any excuse to dress up, we invite you to lean into the theme with something a little creepy or at the very least, please come dressed in black. Dinner and drinks will be held in the Veggie Garden.

14 February 2026:

8:00AM: For those staying on site, if you manage to wake without a hangover, feel free to join the optional yoga session taking place in the chapel.

9:00AM: Join a daily 20 minute staff supervised animal feeding in the farmyard where you can feed the goats, pat the horses and even collect eggs.

2:45PM: Come watch the boys say “I do” as the ceremony begins at the chapel where Nigel and Jamie officially tie the knot. Place your bets now for if they will manage to run on time.

4:00PM: Start the evening with a cocktail hour outside the Wed Shed as we welcome back the wedding party. Complimentary margaritas and glasses of sparkling will be flowing with other cocktails available for purchase.

5:00PM: Reception begins with food, beers, plenty of wine and good vibes at the Wed Shed.

10:30PM: The wedding reception officially concludes and the kicks on begin outside the Hen House.

15 February 2026:

8:30AM: Recovery breakfast (optional) for those not too hungover in the Pool Pergola.

9:00AM: Today’s daily animal feeding, taking place in the farmyard, is also open to those children staying offsite.

10:30AM: The boys plan on spending day one of married life kicking back by the pool and you are invited to join (optional). The bar will be closed but guests are encouraged to BYO drinks of their choice, just remember no glass in or around the pool. Don your speedos, boardies, bikinis or whatever feels like comfort and ease into a proper Sunday session with a sausage sizzle on hand for a mid afternoon lunch all taking place at the Pool Pergola.

5:30PM: Last night dinner (optional) at the Huskisson Hotel. A charter bus will transport guests from The Woods and back between 5:00PM and 10:00PM. If you would like to be on the bus, please be ready to depart 4:50PM from the front carpark.

16 February 2026:

10:00AM: Check out for those who survived the whole weekend onsite.
