We ask that guests arrive as close to 4:45 pm as possible for a 5:00 pm start of ceremony.

The bride and groom ask that guests wear spring cocktail attire. Floral or light/bright colored dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits for the women. Suit with tie for the men. Cowboy boots and nice cowboy hats welcome. Please no denim jeans. The ceremony will be held outdoors if weather permits.

While Sequoia and Olivia love your children, we request this to be a child free wedding. We kindly ask that only the members specifically addressed on the invitation be in attendance.

No, Olivia and Sequoia have booked a wonderful professional photographer and will share those photos with all guests once available. We strongly ask that guests please turn cellphones to silent and leave them in purses or pockets during the ceremony.

Yes! Alcohol will be provided via open bar. We ask that you kindly bring cash to tip the bartenders.

Yes! A 15 passenger shuttle van by Weatherford Transportation will be provided for guests to and from the venue. The pickup and drop off location will be the shared parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn & Suites in Weatherford. The shuttle will make multiple trips throughout the evening. There will be a pause in shuttle services during the ceremony. The last shuttle before the ceremony will leave the hotel promptly at 4:40pm. If you are not staying at either hotel, but would still like to use the shuttle, you're welcome to park at the hotels and take the shuttle to the venue.
