There is construction happening on I-30 and I-20 this weekend heading out to the venue with lane closures. I-20 westbound and eastbound may be closed entirely from loop 820 to where it merges with I-30. Please allot extra time to travel to the venue.

Weatherford Transportation
15 passenger shuttle van will be provided for transport to and from the venue. The pickup and drop off location will be the shared parking lot of the Hampton Inn & Suites and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Weatherford. The last shuttle before the ceremony will leave the hotel promptly at 4:40pm.
