Texas may be (more than likely will be) quite warm during the month of May. Resort formal and casual just means more breathable fabric clothing, like you would at a resort near the beach. Both Friday evening and Saturday evening will be held outside, so we want to make sure you dress comfortably. We have included some Pinterest boards that should help guide you in deciding on what to wear during the weekend. Prints and bright colors encouraged!

No you are not required to stay both nights. If you’d rather stay in the city Friday night and come for Saturday no worries!

Yes! If you book a cabin at The Retreat at Balcones Springs breakfast and lunch are included Saturday, as well as breakfast on Sunday before check out. We will have certain breakfast and lunch spots set up during the day for everyone to eat at. There will also be free snacks, water, sodas provided at all times of the day.

Yes, if you decide to not stay at the Retreat you can still come for meals and enjoy activities on site! We will purchase day passes for those who are not staying on site.

Yes, you may arrive before the check in time. The retreat does require you purchase a day pass if arriving before 3pm, but this does include lunch.
