No better way to start off the weekend than with some Tex-Mex food and frozen margaritas. Welcome party starts at 6 pm. Everyone is invited to our welcome party to enjoy dinner, drinks and karaoke. Cowboy boots encouraged



Join us for a guided hike to a beautiful private property overlook of Lake Travis. We will meet at 8:30 AM at the front entrance breezeway

Breakfast will be served in the morning as well as Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, and teas both hot and iced!

We will have the high ropes courses open from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm and many other activities you can do during your own time. These activities include canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding,18 hole frisbee golf, hiking trails, 4 pickle ball courts, sand volleyball, 4 tennis courts, covered basketball pavilion and two brand new pools.

Lunch will be set up on the grounds as well.

Our string trio will begin playing at 5:30 in the rose garden and the beer burro will be serving beers/seltzers during that time. Ceremony starts at 6 PM. After the ceremony you can grab a cocktail and some hors d’Oeuvres and then find your seats and we will begin dinner. Dinner will be followed by a DJ, dancing and dessert. A late night snack will be served too.

For those staying the weekend at The Retreat at Balcones Springs we will be having a send off brunch Sunday morning before your travels back home. Those not staying on the camp grounds who want to come for the brunch let us know so we have a headcount!
