1. Bring your swimsuit, the retreat will have two pools for you to use during your stay. 


2. Ladies, be wise in your shoe choice. You will be walking on grass and some unpaved areas. Block heels or wedges will be best 


3. Don’t worry about bringing bug spray or sunscreen, we will have that stocked for you


4. All meals are included in your stay at the retreat and no need to worry about snacks or water/sodas, we will have that stocked for you. 


5. When you check in you will get your cabin assignments and a map of the grounds, so you will know where you are going during the weekend. 


6. We will provide a shuttle back to the airport on Sunday morning for those who did not drive to the venue

7. Each cluster of cabins has its own parking area, this is where you will park for the weekend if you drive

8. We will provide each person with a camp ground map and schedule of events of the weekend so you know where to be at what time. This will be provided to you when you check in and receive your gift bag. Those who are not staying on the grounds can pick it up during the welcome party. A copy of the event schedule will also be posted on our wedding website.
