Both the ceremony and reception will take place at BackRoads Retreat, located at 2321 Highland Ave, Oskaloosa, IA.

A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Oskaloosa, IA (2325 Coal Mine Loop, Oskaloosa, IA 52577). To reserve a room, please call the hotel at 641-676-7600 and mention the Hoit & Busick Wedding.

As this weekend coincides with Tulip Time, we recommend reserving your room as soon as possible. We look forward to celebrating with you!

A complimentary shuttle will be available to transport guests from the Fairfield Inn to BackRoads Retreat before the celebration, and return them to the Fairfield Inn at the end of the night. The first shuttle prior to the ceremony will be at 3:45 p.m, with the second shuttle at approximately 4:15 p.m. Following dinner, the shuttle will return to the Fairfield Inn approximately every 30 minutes.

Guests are also welcome to drive themselves to the venue, but are encouraged to park at the Fairfield Inn in Oskaloosa and take our wedding shuttle to the venue.
