Q + A

What is the Venue Like?

The Queen Mary is a beautiful historic ship that's now permanently docked in the harbor. It will not be setting sail, nor does it rock like most ships that are merely tethered to a dock. The ceremony will be outside on the deck and the reception will be inside one of their ballrooms.

What's the Dress Code?

California Cocktail! Leave the monkey suit at home and opt for your classiest attire, while still feeling comfortable in the California sun. Be advised that it gets quite cold at night on the water, so don't forget a light wrap/jacket! Suits for men are encouraged but no need for a tie.

Are Kids Allowed?

Yes! The total number of "invited" on your RSVP includes children. On your RSVP, please include whether your kids will be joining us PLUS how many and what their ages are. We will have a kids room adjoining the reception where they can have their own chaperoned fun while you enjoy the party!

What is the Parking Situation?

If you choose to stay onboard the ship with us, parking is included in your hotel stay (so you'll be directed to hotel-specific parking by an attendant). If you're just visiting for the event, we will have our own parking area. When you drive through the gate, mention to the attendant that you're here for the Pfeffer-Davis wedding and they'll direct you to the right spot!

Who Do I Contact if I Have Further Questions/Concerns?

Feel free to email either the bride or groom at their personal emails/phone numbers, should you have concerns that we've not addressed here (or on the invitations).
