Oakland and Sacramento airports are the closest, and usually Oakland flights are far better priced. San Francisco will have the most non-stop flight options. If you can time your flights to avoid driving in Bay Area commute times, that is a good idea. Both San Francisco and Oakland offer BART train transport that goes to Antioch with a transfer or two.
