Information from the Hotel:

Guests are required to provide their own form of payment for room charges.

Reservations may be canceled 48 hours before arrival.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. All rates are net and non-commissionable.

Any “No Shows” are subject to the fee of one night’s lodging plus applicable taxes. Remaining nights will be released.

Specific room types and special accommodations may be requested but are not guaranteed.

Check-in 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed.

Bear Lake Reserve is a lodging option for our wedding. The wedding party will be staying here! The minimum night stay is 2 nights, and you will receive a 10% wedding discount. To request current availability and

Please use the subject line “Lodging for the Civale-Tighe Wedding.” They will need to know your check in and check out dates, number of adults and children, and if you prefer pet friendly options.

There will not be a shuttle from these homes to the venue.
