There are multiple ways to get on and off the Cape.

You can fly directly to Cape Cod, landing at Hyannis (HYA).

There are trains and buses that run into Hyannis as well.

The wedding venue is approximately 30 minutes from Hyannis (assuming you aren't coming in during peak travel times). There are Ubers and Lyfts readily available.
