We met marching drum corps with the Bluecoats way back in 2013, but we really got close in the summer of 2014. From being PT partners to seat partners during swamp tour, we quickly fell in love and found ourselves in a long distance relationship between Ohio and Texas.

While finishing our undergraduate degrees, we dated long distance for 3 years - Saving money for flights to visit every few months when we could on our college kid budgets. Eventually Rachel was able to move to Austin when we were both accepted to our Master's programs at UT and we could finally live in the same city!

After graduating we've been able to start our careers, build a house and become parents to two wonderful cats. It has been such a blessing for us to have grown together through huge life milestones and we can't wait for more!
