Having met in Sunday School, Chethan and Rahul have been friends for many years. Through the trials of middle school, high school, college, and beyond, Chethan has been a fiercely loyal companion through nearly every stage of life. Rahul and Rachel are so grateful for his friendship and efforts leading up to their special day!

Hannah is one of Rachel's most consistent friends. They met their sophomore year of college at Capital University while Rachel was knocking on doors to borrow mouthwash. They later became best friends, roommates, and even coworkers at the same terrible restaurant! Having seen each other through the thick and thin of young adulthood, Rachel and Hannah are very close. She is kind, witty, and thoughtful, and Rachel is so grateful to have her love and friendship!

Mel is a dear friend of both Rachel and Rahul. A fellow trumpeter, Rachel met Mel at UT while she was starting grad school and Mel was finishing undergrad. As time passed they became fast friends and eventually roommates! She is an inspiring and deeply caring person who Rachel and Rahul love like a sister.

Being twins, Rajiv and Rahul have shared the bond of brotherhood from day one. Rajiv is a lifelong friend who has always been in the couple's corner, and is someone Rahul and Rachel cherish having in their lives.

Amrutha and Rachel met while Amrutha was teaching flute lessons at the school Rachel was a band director at. They quickly connected and became close friends- Amrutha was even there when Rachel found her wedding dress (stay tuned to the reception to see what they picked!). She is kind, energetic, and everything a friend should be!

Sushmithaa is like a sister - She has been close with the Rangan family for many years, ever since she began studying at the University of Houston. Currently completing her studies to be a doctor, Sushmithaa is a remarkable and kind human who Rachel and Rahul care for deeply! When you see her, tell her congrats on her own marriage 6/25/23!

Chandra is a dear friend of the couple and is Rajiv's wonderful partner. Having met in middle school, Rahul has known Chandra for many years and Rachel became friends with her through the twins. Chandra is kind, loyal, and sweet, and Rachel and Rahul love having her in their lives.

Niharika has been in Rahul's life since childhood. As their families are closely intertwined, Rahul and Niharika grew up and even attended UT together. A bold, fun, energetic person, Niharika is the life of any party and a dedicated friend.

Randell has been in Rachel's life since they were both in early high school. They met in passing at a marching band competition and instantly connected on a deep level. From practicing their instruments together on the phone to playdates with Randell's daughter, Randell's friendship has been an irreplaceable part of Rachel's life.

The younger brother of Niharika, Aayush (Golu)'s history as Rahul's friend also goes back into childhood. Rahul has fond memories of him, his sister, and Rajiv at family events for as long as he can remember. Golu is a kind hearted and gentle person, and Rahul and Rachel are fortunate to have him in their wedding party!
