Please arrive by 4:00 PM - 4:15 PM — the ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM

If you’re driving from Los Angeles or any area outside of San Diego, please keep in mind that traffic on Saturdays — especially along major freeways like the I-5, I-15, or I-805 — can be heavy and unpredictable. We recommend allowing extra travel time to avoid arriving late. The ceremony will begin promptly, so giving yourself a generous buffer will help you arrive relaxed and ready to celebrate. If possible, you might also consider carpooling or booking a nearby hotel the night before for added convenience.

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay in San Diego. The ceremony will take place outdoors at the Banyan Court and Lawn. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap as it may be chilly in March. The reception will follow indoors in the Bayview Ballroom.

Cocktail hour will begin while we take a few photos. Then dinner and dancing to follow!

Definitely! There are plenty of Airbnb properties and vacation rentals in the Mission Bay and Pacific Beach area — a great option for families or groups traveling together.

We’d love that! San Diego is beautiful in the spring, and there’s lots to explore nearby like the beach, Balboa Park, and the San Diego Zoo.

Yes, discounted valet and self-parking are available at the hotel. Self-parking is recommended. There is street parking available as well.
