Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, which is located at 207 N Main Street in Coupeville, WA. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held at the historic Crockett Farms, which is located at 1056 S Crockett Farm Rd, Coupeville, WA.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00, so please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early. Due to the layout of the church, we will not be able to let late guests in.
What should I wear?
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear dresses (any length, but do be aware it can be windy on the island!) Gentlemen can wear a suit or a button down, and slacks. Ties are optional. No jeans to the ceremony, please. Also, please be mindful that our ceremony will be in the Catholic Church. However, make sure to bring along your cowboy boots to tear it up on the dance floor at the reception!
Can I bring a date?
Do to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults-only, with the exception of our flower girls and immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Will there be transportation?
Yes! We have pre-arranged transportation for all our guests, and we highly encourage you to take advantage of this option! If you are staying in Coupeville, shuttles will arrive at our host hotel, the Coupeville Inn, at 1:30 PM to bring out guests to St. Mary's. (The church is totally walkable, but we want to save your legs for the dancefloor!) If you are staying elsewhere, there is a large parking lot across the street from St. Mary's, where you are welcome to park your vehicle overnight. After the ceremony, we will be shuttling all of our guests to our reception venue, Crockett Farms, which is about 10 minutes from the church. Beginning at 8:30 p.m, we will have shuttles available to bring our guests back to the Coupeville Inn.
