Here is some information on travelling to, from and around Puglia. Our venue is located about a 15 minute drive north of the Centro Storico (Old Town) of Lecce.

The closest airport to Lecce is Brindisi.

To Lecce by car - approx. 35 minutes

To Lecce by bus/train - approx. 45 minutes

British Airways, Easy Jet and Ryanair all fly into Brindisi so please keep an eye out as the flights come out.

The other airport in Puglia is Bari which is located in the North of Puglia.

To Lecce by car - approx. 1h 50minutes

To Lecce by train - approx. 2h 15minutes (can vary)

We would suggest using Bari for your inbound and/or outbound flight if you are planning to explore the northern parts of Puglia before or after the wedding (would highly recommend!); or if the Brindisi flight times don't suit.

British Airways, Easy Jet and Ryanair all fly into Bari so please keep an eye out as the flights come out.

Car. If you are planning to make a holiday of it and explore the rest of Puglia before or after the wedding (would highly recommend!), it is probably easiest to hire a car so you can visit lots of the little towns.

Train/Bus. If you don't fancy driving then opt for public transport, which in Puglia means both trains and buses. When it comes to trains, your best option is checking out the Trenitalia app, where you can plan routes, consult timetables and buy tickets. There are train stations in or near nearly all of towns we'd recommend visiting.

Taxi. Unfortunately there is no Uber etc. in Puglia but we will update this with local taxi companies nearer the time.
