How much will the activities cost?
Please see the "Payments" page for information on the event pricing, cost per person and how to submit payment.
Are spouses attending?
In some cases, yes. Spouses and significant others are always welcome! If they are part of your life, they are part of ours as well.
Tiki Cruise - What happens if it rains?
The cruise operator will cancel if the weather poses a safety hazard. Otherwise, they sail.
To book our private cruise, we placed a deposit and guaranteed minimum attendance.
Is there a block of rooms reserved?
We are working on securing a block of rooms with one of the local hotels in the Short Pump area. We will send you a notification as soon as the arrangements are concluded.
What about local transportation?
No formal arrangements have been made for “group” transportation. We expect that enough folks will be driving in that once in town, some natural carpooling will occur.
We also have 1 or 2 personal vehicles that we can offer for your use (first come-first-served!).
