Schedule of Events

3:30- Guests arrive at Pony School and shuttle bus takes them to the ceremony in several trips.

4:00- Wedding Ceremony begins.

4:30- Ceremony Ends and Guests are bussed back to the Pony School.

5:00- Cocktail Hour

7:00-Dinner is Served

8:30-Dance!

10:45- Shuttle bus departs and brings any guests who would like a ride back to the Jefferson Inn in Whitehall or Butte.

11:30- DJ packs up

Shuttle Details

If you would like to attend the wedding and not worry about driving yourself to and from we will be running a shuttle, which will depart from the Wingate hotel in Butte at 2:30 and pick up guests at the Jefferson Inn in Whitehall at 3:00 and arrive at the ceremony site at 3:30 where you can relax and have a beverage before the ceremony. The shuttle will then take you to the reception which is just a mile away from the ceremony and then the bus will leave the wedding at 10:45 PM and it will take any guest who would like a ride back to the Jefferson inn or the Wingate. The shuttle service is a bus and it does not allow any opened alcohol. Please kindly adhere to this policy that the shuttle company has in place.

Camping

If you are planning on camping on-site, there is a short walk to the wedding venue, there will be signs directing you to the place you can camp. You will turn right onto Beatrice Street right when you pull into Pony and then you will see where the camping is.

Directions

To get to the Pony Gym (the reception location) you will pull into pony and turn right on Reel Street, you will see the school to your left, we will have signs to mark parking at the school or you can park along the road above the school. If you are unable to take the bus shuttle to the reception site, contact up to get directions to the ceremony site, there is not tons of parking up there but we understand if you are unable to get on and off a bus, just let us know.
