How and when should I RSVP?

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type your name. All invited guests will appear here for you to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP whether you are attending or declining by June 30th so that we can send a final headcount to our vendors.

Where will the wedding be taking place?

The wedding reception will be held at the historic Pony Gym. This is also where we would like people to park and gather before the ceremony. There will be a short shuttle provided by us that will take all of our guests to the ceremony location which will be just about one mile away from the gym. The shuttle will also take all of our guests back to the gym after the ceremony. The ceremony will be outdoors so sunglasses and hats are welcome and encouraged to protect you from the sun. There will be tents for shade while you wait for the ceremony to begin. The reception will be indoors but there will be plenty of opportunities to step outside for fresh air and yard games if you choose.

When should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive around 3:30 and no later than 3:45 in order to catch our shuttle to the ceremony location.

Where can I stay?

The Jefferson Inn in Whitehall is 30 minutes away from Pony. If you stay in this hotel there will be a shuttle bus that picks up our guests and brings them to the wedding and brings them home after if you choose to take this option. However, there are a number of other lodging options which are listed on the "Places to Stay" tab here on our website.

What are the shuttle details?

If you would like to attend the wedding and not worry about driving yourself to and from we will be running a shuttle, which will depart from the Wingate hotel in Butte at 2:30 and pick up guests at the Jefferson Inn in Whitehall at 3:00 and arrive at the ceremony site at 3:30 where you can relax and have a beverage before the ceremony. The shuttle will then take you to the reception which is just a mile away from the ceremony and then the bus will leave the wedding at 10:45 PM and it will take any guest who would like a ride back to the Jefferson inn or the Wingate. The shuttle service is a bus and it does not allow any opened alcohol. Please kindly adhere to this policy that the shuttle company has in place.

What should I wear?

We would love to see you dress up for our wedding! There is no particular color scheme or theme and the event won't be formal. Just a good old Montana Summer wedding!

Can I bring my kids?

We are allowing kids at our wedding and we tried to include them on your rsvp. However, if you would like to leave your kids with a sitter and come let loose, we support that as well!

Is there any open bar?

Yes! We will be feeding and providing beverages for our guests at the reception. The bar will include beer, wine, signature cocktails, and other assorted spirits. While we do have an open bar please plan on tipping our lovely bartenders if you are able.
