If you are looking to extend your trip beyond the wedding there is plenty of fun to be had in the Pony area. 

Fly fish the beautiful Madison or Jefferson river. Explore the Tobacco Root Mountains from trailheads right above Pony! 

Check out Yellowstone National Park about 100 miles from Pony. 

Have a soak in Norris or Potosi hot springs. 

Do some shopping in Bozeman.

Potosi Hotsprings

Potosi Hot Springs located 7 dirt road miles out of Pony offers a fun hike in hot springs experience or check out the Potosi resort website for lodging options that include cabins with access to their hot springs pool. The Potosi recreation area is also a fun place to hike, mountain bike, camp and trail run!

Yellowstone National Park

The West Yellowstone access to Yellowstone National park is located 100 miles from Pony. Make a trip if it and check out this natural wonder!

North Willowcreek Trail Head

If you are looking to explore the Tobacco Root Mountains check out North Willow creek trail head that is located just above town in Pony. From there you can hike in to Hollow Top lake, take a small day hike or even summit the peak.

Lewis And Clark Caverns

Located about 20 miles from Pony. The caverns offer guided tours and also have a great camp site where you can tent camp or park a camper.

Norris Hot Springs

About 15 miles from Pony is this relaxing gem. Take a soak in the hot springs, have a beer or a piece of pizza and park your camper or tent if you like! This is a great option for camping or just for a quick relaxing stop.

Ennis Montana

About 30 miles from Pony. Ennis a an awesome town with fly fishing shops, a distillery and a great atmosphere, there are several lodging options in town.

Historic Butte

Looking to check out the historic uptown Butte? This is a great time to do it. We have a shuttle bus that will take you from the historic Finland hotel to our wedding a drive you back at the end of the night so you can drink responsibly or simply enjoy the ride while saving gas money! You can also stay somewhere else in Butte and still hop on the bus at the Finland, the bus will be making a stop at the hotel in Whitehall as well if you are looking to stay closer.
