Alicia and Sam first met at DePauw University, where they crossed paths a few times and even had a few classes together. They graduated and went their separate ways. Alicia spread her wings to Maui and then Chicago. Sam went to Indianapolis before moving to Nashville.

Fast-forward to 2021 and they both found themselves in a cute college town in southeast Michigan at a time when the whole world seemed to be locked down. Through a few mutual friends (and some persistence), Sam and Alicia found themselves spending a lot of time together.

Their friendship slowly blossomed into a romance thanks to Alicia's dog, Clementine. Sam and Clem were fast friends and she became the perfect excuse to spend more time together. A few road trips, a handful of vacations, dozens of love letters, countless walks, two cats, and a lot of game nights later; Alicia and Sam are beyond excited to spend the rest of their lives together and celebrate with the people most important to them - all of you!
