If you plan on hanging out at the ranch during the day on Saturday, please pack lunch/snacks or purchase a snack from the office during business hours. You may find you need a bottle of water or a late night snack while you’re here, and we definitely recommend having more than enough water for your stay.

Food + Drink Storage

All the cabins have a mini fridge and all guest houses have a fridge to help keep your drinks cold. If you are bringing a cooler, don’t forget ice for the cooler, as Sylvan Dale does not have an ice machine on-site.

Outside Alcohol

You may have your own alcohol in or near your cabin and in the private lawn/deck areas. Consuming your own alcohol is prohibited in the main Heritage Lodge, office, gift shop, pool, barn and game room.

Is breakfast included?

A hearty ranch breakfast is included with your overnight stay! Breakfast is in the Heritage (main lodge).

Lodging Policies

Please call and pay for your accommodations in advance. The ranch will create one invoice per cabin or guesthouse and one guest will call to reserve the cabin for the stay. Once the reservation is made, the ranch will send you a payment link via QuickBooks. When making payments via QuickBooks, there is an option for partial payments. This allows multiple couples or singles to follow the link and split payments accordingly.

Please come to the office within the Heritage (main) lodge when you arrive to check in and Sylvan Dale staff will give you a packet with a map and keys to your unit.
