The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors. Weather in Pennsylvania during early October varies every year. It may be 80 degrees and sunny, or it may snow. Keep an eye on the weather when the date gets closer!

While we would love to invite the entire world to party with us on our big day, our venue does has a limited capacity. Please look to your formal invitation, as we've tried to personally invite each guest by name. If there are any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

We love your children, but unfortunately we cannot host any children at our wedding other than our immediate family. We appreciate your understanding & hope you enjoy your night out!

Yes! We have blocked out rooms at Kalahari Resort in the Pocono Mountains for the nights of Friday, October 4th & Saturday, October 5th at a discounted room rate! Access to the waterpark is INCLUDED with booking your stay! :) Use the link with our reserved room block (found under Travel tab) ASAP to secure a room at the group discount!

Yes! There will be a shuttle picking up guests from Kalahari at promptly 3:30pm, and departing from the wedding venue at promptly 10:00. Check the Travel tab for more details!

We'll be serving several hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, which will be followed by a plated dinner. When you RSVP, it will prompt you to select your choice of entree. Along with the beef and chicken entrees, we did our best to accommodate our vegetarian and vegan guests as well. The specific entree options & their detailed descriptions will be available when you RSVP to the event. Our night will wrap up with assorted desserts & a late night snack! If you have any severe food allergies, please reach out and let us know.

Your presence at your wedding is the greatest gift we can ask for. If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. Please contact the bride, groom, or matron of honor if you need our address! A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Please arrive at 4:00pm as our ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. You'll want to be sure to have time to sit & sip on our welcome drink before the festivities begin! Cocktail hour begins at 5, with dinner and dancing beginning at 6.

Last call is at 9:30, and the reception ends at 10:00pm.

After the wedding is over, we would LOVE if you'd join us at Kalahari to hang out at the arcade! There's mini bowling, laser tag, escapes rooms & more! Even if you aren't lodging with us, the arcade is open until midnight, so come hang out!

We kindly ask for guests to respect an unplugged ceremony, but after our I do's are said & done, take as many photos as you'd like! We will also be using an app called POV to capture moments throughout our special day from all of our guests point of views! A QR code will be available for guests to scan in the wedding program and at the tables!
