Newly remodeled mid-century modern hotel is ideally located in the Central Business Distirct of downtown Minneapolis. There are two onsite restaurants, the Star Bistro and Star Bar, featuring classic 1960s décor. Menus are inspired by classic French cuisine with a modern American twist. Hotel Indigo also features an onsite concessions stand.

For our history nerds: Hotel Indigo is located in the Northstar Center building, former home of Pillsbury and Cargill and the original Northstar Inn. The building is the birthplace of the Minneapolis skyway system, the world's largest contiguous system of enclosed second-level bridges.

Located on Nicollet Island and ruled by Island Law (bar closes at midnight,) the Inn features an onsite restaurant with outdoor seating. It is walking distance to Old Main Street in St. Anthony home to Aster Café and Jefe Urban Cocina. A few blocks away, you'll find Punch Pizza, Kramarzcuks, and Whiteys Old Town Saloon.

For the history nerds: Nicollet Island Inn was constructed in 1893 as the Island Sash & Door Company, one of the few buildings to survive the fire of 1894. The building served as home to serval milling companies and a Salvation Army shelter until the building was sold back to the city, under whose watch it enjoyed another rebirth as the Nicollet Island Inn.

The Depot (a Marriott hotel) is less than 10 minute drive from Nicollet Island Pavilion. It is located in the Mill District and is near Gutherie Theater, the Mill City Museum, US Bank Stadium, Target Field, and the Stone Arch Bridge. Features an onsite restaurant, Milwaukee Road, and is near award winning restaurant, Owamni by The Souix Chef and late night spot, Crooked Pint Ale House.
