Keystone Ski Resort has an enclosed Gondola you will have to take to arrive at Summit House. The gondola’s are ADA accessible. River Run Gondola, fits 8 people and takes about 15 minutes to arrive at the top of Keystone Mountain. So please arrive at River Run Gondola before 4 pm!!! Ceremony starts at 5 pm.

Yes. It effects individuals differently and a lot of times doesn't effect individuals at all. We recommend guests stay in Denver for a night to acclimate to the altitude or just come out a week early for a family vacation to acclimate and explore the Beautiful State of Colorado! Also, drink lots of water, especially the first day you arrive in CO.

Scientific Definition: Physical distress from difficulty adjusting to lower oxygen pressure at high altitude. Symptoms tend to occur within hours after arrival at high altitude and include headache, nausea, shortness of breath, fatigue and inability to exercise. Treatment: Pain Medications & Water. Mild cases may resolve in one to three days. Severe cases may require oxygen, medications, and moving to a lower altitude. DON'T BE WORRIED! We will have Oxygen Canisters for individuals and an Oxygen Bar at the Venue.
