Genis has been there for me since day one as my loving, spirted, older sister, friend, confidant, first roomie, and female savior from growing up with 2 brothers. We've always been opposites, but have learned so much from each other. I was Genis' Maid of Honor at her wedding and I am grateful to have her by my side at mine.

Suman married my brother, Brett over 3 years ago but we pretty much became close friends when he finally introduced us. She would often visit Denver from the mountains to blow off some steam and have some fun with Shaunda & I. Was sad when her and Brett moved to WI... but good thing I still get to see them so often and they'll still come out to ski!

Rachel is Josh's one and only sister and one of my favorite people! She lives in Grand Rapids, MI but visits Josh and I often and it's always a blast when she's around! Cannot wait to call her my sister.

Shaunda is my best friend and always the life of the party! We have pretty much been inseparable the 9 years we have been friends going out dancing, beer fests, so many concerts, amazing restaurants, pretty awesome vacations including hiking the Inca Trail for 4 days to Machu Picchu. She also just got married 2 months before me! So tell her and Joel Congrats!

Jessie was my very first friend in Denver working at The Ritz-Carlton together. She is so loving and sweet, even with her New Orleans sass. Jessie moved away from me for a few years, but came back to CO 3 years ago living in Boulder. Love having her close again.

Corey and I lived on the same floor as freshman at Ball State. She's lived in DC and I in CO since graduation but we've always stayed close friends over the years. She has been there for me when I have needed her most and vice versa. We've always made time to visit each other often. We took an amazing 2 week road trip in 2013 driving through CO, AZ & UT. One of my favorite memories together!

At the age of 7, Dan took over the role of big brother and mentor. He has not since relinquished that role. God bless the man's patience as he had to share a bedroom with me until his 9th grade year; Always having his little brother, wearing Power Rangers t shirts, hanging out whenever he had company over. Even through all that he never complained, in fact he encouraged it, even when I used to sneak into his room and sleep on his floor, because I was so used to sharing a bed room with him. He's always been the guy I look up to the most and he is the man I will strive to be as a husband and a father. I am so excited that he is going to be by my side while I marry the woman of my dreams. It is truly a storybook tale.

When I moved to Pennfield in 2nd grade, Blair was my first friend. As young adolescents we were nearly inseparable, constantly at each other's houses or playing sports in the field that separated our houses. When I was young and chunky, he helped me lose weight by eating all my food in the house, what a sacrifice he made :) We've have been by each others' side for +25 years now and not only have we become brother's but our family's have become like families to each other. So happy to get the Pennfield crew back together this summer.

Logan is another long time friend that has known me since I was a young lad. Very similar people during school, we were constantly at each other's houses watching sports, playing video games, and just experiencing life. He is also someone I am extremely proud of. He has always been someone to follow his dream and it led him out to LA where he continues to outwork everyone in the film industry. He has also taken an incredible journey through faith and spirituality. Glad Big Tex is going to be standing up there with me.

Tim and I met early freshman year and quickly became best friends. Being in dorms right across from each other we would always hang out between class, go to lunch and dinner, work out, and enjoy weekend festivities together. He kept me honest with my workouts by sneaking into my dorm and waking me up from naps .. mostly because he knew I was screening his calls so I didn't have to go. He kept me focused on grades as he led by example and continuously showed off his superior grades. He has been such an unselfish friend and I know I can always count on him to take time out of his busy schedule for me.

Joe and I also met freshman year of college, but didn't really get close until Soph0more year as Josh and him were a grade above us and living off campus. We followed that up by living with each other for 5 years and making countless memories together. The self proclaimed life of the party, Joe is always making me laugh, whether it is at my expense or not. He is also an extremely loyal friend that helped me out during some tough times. We come from similar backgrounds and share similar goals so we have been able to support each other 100% in our journey to become the men we want to be.

Like Joe, Josh and I got very close Sophomore year of college and spent many years as roommates together. Although he is a Michigan State fan, we all adopted him as our own and despite our best efforts, he has held strong in green and white, so I admire that to an extent. I have always joked that him and his wife Nichole were our group's parents, but he quickly went from ironic saying t shirts and flat bills hats to being the first of our group to get married, buy a house, have dogs, create 3 beautiful children and become just an absolute role model of a friend. He is just one of many people I met in GR that I am just so blessed to know. I was so honored to stand with him and the others at their weddings and I am just so proud to have them up here with me. Love all of these 6 guys so much, wouldn't be where I am or the man I am today without them.
