Sarah and Luke's love story began in the winter of 2014 at a spot check right outside Sarah's grandparents house in Bloomfield. Sarah was travelling with her mom and her cousin Mark, while Luke was travelling with his friend Alex and his dad. Both cars pulled up next to each other on the road and the parents started to chat. Meanwhile, Sarah and Luke were both sitting in the backseats, and Luke rolled down his window to say "G'day" to Sarah and gave her a head nod. Luke added Sarah on snapchat later that evening, as he clearly seemed to know who she was, and that was the beginning of their love story. After 7 months of texting and snapchatting on a daily basis, Luke and Sarah's platonic friendship finally turned into romance.

Sarah and Luke's first official date was on August 13th, 2014 when Sarah's mom took them to the Old Home Week Exhibition in Charlottetown. Sarah and Luke shared many dates that Summer, but it wasn't until September 11th, that Luke had officially asked Sarah to be his girlfriend.

Luke and Sarah became high school sweethearts and spent many of their dates at the rink, with Luke being on the ice and Sarah cheering him on from the bleachers as his biggest fan...besides his mom of course.

After High school, Luke went to Holland College to become a power engineer and has been working in the field ever since. Sarah went to UNB and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020. She then attended Western University in London, Ontario and graduated with her Masters of Physical Therapy in 2022. Sarah has been working as a physiotherapist ever since!

Sarah and Luke bought their first home in July of 2023 and now live with their two handsome dogs, Hank and Henry. Henry, a pure bred Golden Retriever, is turning 6 soon, and Hank, a pure bred English Mastiff, just turned 1.

If you know Luke or Sarah well enough, you know how

goofy they can be. But together, they most definitely bring out another level of goofy with one another. They are both known for having loud and obnoxious laughs, and dad joke personalities...especially Sarah.

After Luke and Sarah celebrate their 11th anniversary together this fall, they will be so excited to finally get married on NYE. What better way to ring in the new year than to celebrate their love with all of their friends and family.
