Can I bring my children?
Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only celebration. The children of our immediate family will be the only exception as we simply cannot have a wedding ceremony without our flower girls.
What time should I arrive at the church?
We ask that you arrive at the church before 1:30 as parking may be limited and so that all of our guests are seated before the ceremony begins.
Is there a cocktail hour?
Kind of...The Iron and salt (bar inside the Loyalist) will be open to wedding guests after the ceremony. Guests are more than welcome to head there after the ceremony for some drinks and apps while they wait for the reception to start/wedding party to arrive.
What time does the reception start?
We ask that everyone arrives no later than 6pm so that they are able to find their seat before the wedding party arrives. Reception will begin at 6:30pm sharp. Guests are more than welcome to head to the Loyalist after the ceremony for cocktail hour to mingle and get a bite to eat and have some drinks while they wait.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, this is an invite-only celebration. Although we would love to give every guest a plus one, we are unable to accommodate any extra guests who are not on the guest list.
What is the dress code?
Given that it is a NYE wedding, we would appreciate it if all guests could wear formal black attire.
When do I need to RSVP?
We ask that all guests RSVP no later than NOVEMBER 1ST and to let us know if they have any dietary restrictions.
Is there a wedding registry?
The best gift is having you share our special day. Should you wish to contribute in some other way, we would love a few pennies to put in our pot, for our honeymoon trip after tying the knot.
Will there be a dance?
Yes, there will be a dance following the reception. Guests are welcome to book a hotel room at the Loyalist to enjoy the entire evening stress-free without having to worry about transportation after the dance.
