Q + A

When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by May 4th. We prefer RSVPs to be done on our website. If you RSVP after May 4, please be prepared to bring your own folding chair and sandwich!

Can I bring a plus 1 or my child(ren)?

Please see the envelope the invitation came in. Invitations have been specifically addressed, so please do not add additional names! While we would love to be able to celebrate with everyone, we have to be mindful of venue space and cost. Thank you for understanding!

Where should I stay?

We have hotel blocks at 2 local hotels with discounted prices. Please see the Accommodation section for more information. There are tons of other local hotels as the venue is close to 2 casinos. There are also many adorable surrounding beach towns where you can find a hotel or airbnbs closer to other attractions/activities, for those coming from out of state! (please see Things To Do section)

Is there a dress code?

We are requesting Semi Formal or Cocktail attire! Please note that our ceremony & reception will be outside on grass and dinner will be held under a tent. (Your 5 inch stilettos will sink). June weather in New England has the potential to be very hot or rainy!

Will there be parking?

Maple Lane Farms does have a parking lot at the venue. While the parking lot is decently sized, please consider carpooling so we don't run out of space. We will be providing transportation from the 2 hotels with room blocks. If you plan to drink alcohol, please plan a sober ride home. We take the safety of our family and friends very seriously.

Can I take photos/videos?

We prefer to allow our amazing (and expensive) photo/videographers to shoot the ceremony themselves. We want to see your happy faces, not your cell phones! We encourage guests to take tons of photos and videos after the ceremony. Will will ask you to upload your photos digitally via our QR code to our wedding album. Also, enjoy the use of our Polaroid cameras. Please hang up your Polaroids on our "Polaroid pallet!"

The most important question - what will we eat?

Cocktail Hour will immediately follow the ceremony with passed hors d'oeuvres and a charcuterie table. Dinner will be buffet style with entree options of Panko Parm Crusted Chicken, Osso Bucco Short Ribs, Rigatoni ala Vodka, assorted veggies and a vegan option of Eggplant Parm (Please inform us during RSVPing if you want vegan option or have food restrictions).

Will there be alcohol?

We will have full open bar services. Please drink responsibly. Yes, many nurses will be in attendance, but we are all off-duty for the weekend!

Will there be dancing?

There will definitely be an amusing interpretation of it. And please note - uncomfy shoes are not an excuse to avoid the dance floor. Please see our RSVP question to include any songs you are desperate to bust a move to.
