The reception will be at this hotel and we highly suggest all out of town guests try to stay here. Transportation at night is hard to find - there are not many Ubers or Taxis in Lynchburg.

Lynchburg Regional Airport
This is the local airport. It only flys to and from Charlotte, NC so if you are flying in you will have a connection in Charlotte.
A few airports you could fly into and then drive to Lynchburg include Roanoke (ROA), Charlottesville (CHO), Richmond (RIC) or Raleigh (RDU). We are so appreciative of those who are traveling in from out of town. It means so much to us that you are willing and able to join us!
