Airbnb Rentals
There are lots of awesome Airbnb cabins/chalets that can be rented in the Mount Washington Village area. These can be reasonably priced if you can find some others to share with!
Comox Valley Airport (YQQ):
The closest airport to the venue. Located only minutes away from accommodation for anyone staying in Comox or Courtenay. The airport is 40km (about a 38minute drive) east of the venue. Half of this drive is to the base of Mount Washington, and the other half is a lovely drive up the mountain where you can enjoy views of the ocean and surrounding mountains along the way!
Vancouver International Airport (YVR):
You can also fly to the Vancouver Airport and take the 1hr 40min ferry from Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal (Vancouver) to Departure Bay ferry terminal (Nanaimo). Nanaimo is roughly 1hr 30mins south of the Raven Lodge venue, or 1hr 10mins ish from the Comox Valley.
Nanaimo Airport (YCD):
About 1hr 30mins drive north to get to the Raven Lodge Venue, or 1hr 20mins to get to the Comox Valley
Coastal Rides
"This is a modern version of a taxi, all fares are set in advance, and payments are made through an online system. To book a ride as soon as possible, download our app. We currently have active drivers on the Sunshine Coast, in the Comox Valley, Campbell River, Tofino, and on Fort St. John. Rides can be booked up to 7 days in advance or on-demand. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance booking."
Comox Taxi Ltd
1199 Braidwood Rd, Courtenay, BC V9N 3S1, Canada
(250) 339-7955
Recommend pre-booking for early morning flights out of the Comox Valley Airport. Also suggest calling them when you land, as they usually aren't sitting outside the airport. The Comox airport is very tiny! (Which makes for quick check ins!)
Uride Ridesharing App
Same concept as Uber (there's no Uber in the Comox Valley). Download the app to book and pay for your ride
Hullo Ferry

A new, walk-on only ferry that runs to/from downtown Vancouver and Nanaimo. A little more pricey than a walk-on ticket with the main ferry company, BC ferries.
BC Ferries

The main ferry system in BC, both for walk-on and drive-on passengers. Highly recommend booking tickets in advance. There are lots of amazing islands surrounding Vancouver Island to check out! The ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo or Victoria are lovely too!
Take a ferry to Seattle!

Take the ferry from Victoria (south Vancouver Island) to Seattle and explore the Western United States. A great way to start a road trip down the Oregan Coast, sunny California, Arizona, Vegas, Utah - you name it!
