Hinge. The dating app.

Their similar interests and passions allowed them to happily be themselves.

Soon after they started dating, they both ended up working for SpaceX. Shannon was a Launch Controller, while Matt was (and still is) a Recovery Controller for the Falcon fleet.

Since being together they have greatly enjoyed travelling, including trips to Maine, Colorado, the Caribbean, Ireland, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and more.

They now live together with their beloved cat, Hedwig, in a condo on the beaches of Cape Canaveral.

Matt surprised Shannon at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs the day before Thanksgiving. While she knew the ring would come eventually, she did not know when!

They were able to celebrate with all their families during the holiday season.

They are looking forward to celebrating their wedding with all their friends and family!
