There will be a shuttle bus that will accomodate guests to and from the venue. Bus departure from the hotel will be promptly at 4:45pm and will not return until the reception is complete at 11:30pm. If these times do not meet your needs, you will need to provide your own method of transportation.

The Royal Crest Room is located in St. Cloud, FL, about 35 minutes away from either the Hotel or the Airport.

Guests may arrive any time between 5:30pm and 6:00pm, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 6:00pm.

The Bar is an open bar, however we suggest cash for tipping our bartenders. There will also be the Polish tradition of the Apron Money Dance, so bring cash if you'd like a chance to dance with the Bride!

Hotel parking is $10 a night. Venue parking is free and widely available, as it is part of a golf course.

We ask that you wear cocktail attire for our wedding day. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. There will be a small amount of time where you will be required to walk on grass. Bridesmaid's dresses are black.

Orlando is typically in the 70s around March, with about a 25% chance of rain.

Unless your invitation specifically states a +1, we ask that you do not bring anyone with you as we have paid for precisely the number of people invited.

Select children have been invited to our wedding (close family & bridal party), however we ask that anyone else who does not have their child specifically named on their reservation to leave them at home. Please consider this an opportunity to enjoy a night out! Thank you in advance.
