Pre-Ceremony: There will be two shuttles to pick up all guests at 3:00 PM from the Courtyard Waverly Hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hilton Garden Inn and Hyatt House Hotels. Please plan to be at the Courtyard Waverly by 2:50 PM as both shuttle doors will close promptly at 3:00 PM to depart for the venue. Post-Reception: After the reception, starting at 9:30 PM, shuttles will be available to take guests from the venue back to the Courtyard Waverly Hotel. The afterparty will be held there from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

When the venue wraps up at 10 PM, join us to continue the celebration! We've arranged for shuttles to transport guests to an after-party at the Courtyard Marriott, conveniently located just a short distance from the Hyatt and Hilton hotels.
