Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?
Pre-Ceremony:
There will be two shuttles to pick up all guests at 3:00 PM from the Courtyard Waverly Hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hilton Garden Inn and Hyatt House Hotels.
Please plan to be at the Courtyard Waverly by 2:50 PM as both shuttle doors will close promptly at 3:00 PM to depart for the venue.
Post-Reception:
After the reception, starting at 9:30 PM, shuttles will be available to take guests from the venue back to the Courtyard Waverly Hotel. The after party will be held there from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are so excited to celebrate this occasion with our close friends and family! This wedding will be by invitation only, we have a strict capacity at our venue and a reserved amount of seating. Please respect this decision of no additional plus one's. Please refer to the names addressed and seats provided in your invitations. If you are unsure, reach out to Shelby.
Can I bring my kids?
As noted prior, our wedding is by invitation only due to our capacity and intimate gathering desires. This will be an adult-only event. While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by May 1st, 2025 THE LATEST. After that date we will finalize our guest count and attendants. Unfortunately we cannot adjust your attendance if you do not RSVP by the deadline.
What should I wear?
We ask that all guests dress in formal/garden party attire. Colors are encouraged! Prints too! We would kindly request that the guests refrain from wearing sage green as this is the bridal party and family colors.

What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?
We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Accommodations" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!
Where can I find the photos afterward?
Photos will be uploaded to our website a few days after the wedding!
