We have blocked a set of rooms at this hotel, which is just an 18-minute walk from Immaculate Conception for the ceremony. Please use the booking link here or below to reserve a room. Reservations must be made prior to Wednesday, April 30.
Please note that check-in is at 4 pm, the same time as the ceremony. The hotel will do its best to accommodate early check-in, but if you plan to attend the ceremony, be sure to plan accordingly. Rooms are available Thursday night under our reservation if that's preferable.
Additionally, there is a parking fee of $71 per night, so we encourage you to use air or train travel. If you have a car and would prefer a spot with free parking, there are a handful of Airbnbs near Immaculate Conception Church.
The two closest airports are Reagan National (DCA), which is close, and Dulles International (IAD), which is further. Both are Metro accessible.
If you are coming from the Northeast, we recommend taking the Amtrak train, which has stops in Boston, New York, and throughout New Jersey, and drops you just a 10 minute ride away from the recommended hotel.
Taking a flight or the Amtrak will likely be easier and more affordable than finding and paying for parking throughout the weekend.
What is a good way to get to and from the venues?
We will have a bus from the ceremony to the reception and from the reception to the hotel. Parking near the Church can be tricky, so we recommend Metro, foot, or Uber. If you choose to drive to the ceremony, O Street between 6th and 7th is your best bet for parking. The venue has ample parking and cars may be left overnight.
What is a good way to get around the city?
We encourage use of the DC Metro. This is a safe and clean way to get around the city. Jared and Sophia have been using it since they first got to the area. For reference, Immaculate Conception is the Mt Vernon Square/Convention Center stop on the green and yellow lines of the Metro. The venue is on the Brookland-CUA exit on the red line.
