To keep this as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate those explicitly listed on the invitation. Out of respect please do not bring a plus one or guest unless your invitation says so. We hope you understand and look forward to having you celebrate with us on our special day.

Our wish is to have an unplugged ceremony. We ask that our guests silence and put their phones away during our ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will share all of our photos with everyone afterward. During cocktail hour and reception, we encourage guests to take as many photos as they want.

Attire is cocktail or black tie optional. The ceremony is outside on a grassy area, we recommend that women wear a chunky or wedge heel.

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue. If you find yourself over-served, overnight parking is allowed. Just be sure to retrieve your vehicle by 9:00 AM the next morning.

We will have a shuttle van available that accommodates 15 people per trip. The shuttle will depart from the Residence Inn in Longmont at 3:00 PM and again at 3:30 PM to take guests to the venue. Return trips will begin at 10:00 PM. Guests are also welcome to arrange their own transportation via Uber, Lyft, or other services. However, please note that it can be difficult to secure a ride from Lyons late at night. We recommend reserving your ride in advance if possible. Alternatively, you can Uber to the venue and take the complimentary shuttle back to the Residence Inn at the end of the evening.
