Audrey met me just a few hours after I was born! She both literally and figuratively has been there for me since day one. There is no one else who I would rather have as a sister than Audrey. I am so lucky that God chose to make us family. Even though I used to drive Audrey crazy when we were kids, like most younger siblings tend to do, we are closer now than ever. Audrey has seen me at every stage of life, and she knows me better than anyone else. I am very lucky that I got to have her by my side growing up and that I get to have her as a sister for the rest of my life.

I couldn’t ask for a better best man than my brother. Siblings usually grow up with lots of arguing and fighting but Will and I fortunately never really did. Now don’t get me wrong, he’s my younger brother so there was definitely some slight picking on but it was all with love. Watching Will grow up in to the man that he is today has been awesome to see and I have always been extremely proud of him. We both look up to each other and know we can count on each other for anything and everything. I am very grateful to have a brother like him.

Jordan has been a lifelong friend of mine, but we are more like family to each other. We grew up with our close-knit families and have celebrated every holiday together, just like family. We have been there for each other through every mile stone in life, both the good and the bad. Jordan is always there for me when I need her. I was the Maid of Honor at Jordan's wedding, and she will be the Matron in mine. I remember talking about being the Maid of Honor in each other's weddings when we were young children and had not even kissed a boy yet, lol! I am very glad that childhood dream of ours is coming true.

Stebs and I met our freshman year of high school and became inseparable really quick. We have gone through pretty much everything together and have become family to each other and our families over the years. Through high school, college, and after, we have remained close through it all. If you ask Sophia if there was any other person besides her that I talk to every day, it would be Stebs. Stebs and I could sit on the couch and just laugh for hours about all the stories and adventures we have had, and I am very grateful to have a friend like him.

When I was in High School people would tell me that I just had to meet this girl named Lyndi because everyone thought we were so similar. The moment Lyndi and I met it felt like talking to a long-lost twin. It was nonstop laughter, I had found someone with the same sense of humor as me. We have been inseparable ever since. Lyndi and I went to CSU together, joined the same sorority, and lived together for a couple of years of college. She has made my life a lot brighter and I am happy that I met the girl who everyone was telling me about in High School.

I moved to Colorado when I was 6 years old and Kason was my first friend I made as we lived down the street from each other. We spent our whole lives growing up together from him coming on family vacations with us to celebrating holidays together and everything in between. Kason is the groomsman that I have known the longest and we have pretty much been best friends since we were children. 20 years later, we are still as close as ever and I am thrilled to have him standing by me at our wedding. Sometimes, long time friendships can fizzle out but I am grateful that ours remains as strong as ever.

Lauren and I have been close friends since kindergarten We remained best friends during the most awkward time of our lives...middle school, then high school, college, and beyond. Lauren is my cleanest and most organized friend, so it was amazing to live with her during college. Lauren has a very similar sense of humor as me and we love to talk about our childhood memories and laugh together. I can always count on Lauren to be down for a charcuterie and wine night. Lauren has been an amazing, caring friend throughout the years and I cannot imagine getting married without her by my side.

Hunter and I met in High School (even though we went to different ones) through mutual friends. We started off just hanging out because we were in group settings and had similar friends but by the end of high school, we became very close. When I went to CSU and he stayed in Arvada, we remained close and I can confidently say that Hunter is one of my best friends and one of the best men I know. We always were able to have deep conversations about the future and what we wanted for it and now we are both getting married in 2025.

Annie is the only person who I can recall the exact moment when our friendship began. In middle School, we had the same math class and social studies class back to back. I remember seeing Annie in class and wanting to be her friend but I was on the shy side. A few days into class, Annie asked if I wanted to walk from our first class to our second together. I calmly said "yes" but was bursting with excitement on the inside! Annie and I have been great friends ever since that day. I admire Annie's love for plants and nature; she is an amazing hiking and paddle-boarding pal. Annie has a unique sense of humor that is hard to describe in writing. I feel very lucky to have Annie Gore in my life.

Jordan and I’s meeting was probably the funniest of all my groomsman. We met in high school because we had a mutual friend introduce us and then got angry at us and just left the two of us together at a frozen yogurt store with no car. Him doing that was really a blessing because Jordan and I have been close friends ever since. Jordan is the type of friend that everyone wants. He is as loyal as can be and I really appreciate everything he has done for me through my life. We always talked about being in each other's weddings and now, he will be standing by my side at Sophia and mine.

I remember on our first day of sorority rush they told us that that our sorority sisters would be our future bridesmaids. As I looked through a sea of loud squealing sorority girls I thought "that is a load of bull sh*t", but I had not met Vivie yet. I think our friendship was destined to be as we happened to be neighbors in our sorority house. She made a living in the sorority one of the best years of my life. Vivie is someone who I have always felt comfortable with. I can tell Vivie anything and she will never judge me or make me feel bad. She has such a big heart; she is a very sweet, kind-hearted, and compassionate human being.

Jordan and I met in college when I rushed Alpha Sig and he was already a member. He actually didn’t like me at first but pretty much a week later, we started spending pretty much every day together. Through college, we lived together for 2 years and through lots of ups and downs, remained close friends throughout. Jordan and I did pretty much everything together and I am very thankful that I had him in my life through college and beyond. We now work for the same company and still talk pretty much every day. Jordan knows how to push buttons but at the end of the day, if you’re someone close to him, he will always be there for you and I have always appreciated him for that.

Gabby is another person in my life who is not just a friend but more like family. We grew up as neighbors just a few doors down. We never went to the same schools together and so I would look forward to the weekends and breaks from school because I was excited to spend time with Gabby. It was always nice to have a best friend who did not attend the same school as me. I felt like I could talk about anything and everything with Gabby and leave whatever was going on at school out of my mind. It is a cool feeling to know that your first friend is still one of your best friends and always will be. I do not think most people are lucky enough to have a friendship like this and I am very grateful for it.

Owen is the only groomsman that I have that actually knew Sophia prior to knowing me. If you wanted to credit someone with setting Sophia and me up, that would probably be Owen. Owen rushed Alpha Sig when I was a sophomore and we become close friends right away. When he decided to join the fraternity, we picked each other as big/little meaning that we connected right away. Through college we lived together, hung out pretty much every day, and made tons of memories. Owen is a great guy and an even better friend still to this day and someone I know I am going to be friends with for the rest of my life.

Addy is the one person here who actually did not start off as my friend. In elementary school she called me a "dirty poo poo head" and so I spit on her and was sent to the principal's office. Sitting in that office, I was not thinking that one day this girl would be one of my best friends and bridesmaids. But I am so lucky to be Addy's friend. She is the type of person who lights up a room when she walks in. On my worst days, Addy has been able to make me laugh until I can barely breathe. She is true to herself and her values. She walks to the beat of her own drum is an inspiration to me. Addy has always been there for me when I have needed her and I know she always will.

Fier and I rushed Alpha Sig together and instantly connected. I can confidently say that Fier is one of the most generous people I have ever met and I have always looked up to him for that. I am thankful that we have remained close through the years after college. We are both from Minnesota originally so we always can bond over the Vikings let downs. Fier is also getting married this year and Sophia and I look forward to many more memories created with him and his Fiancé.

Alena and I are both younger siblings and our older siblings were friends in kindergarten. Our moms became friends and we became best friends. We had families that got along so well and grew up with moms who were very similar. Because of that, I feel like we get each other on a deeper level.. more than anyone else. One of my favorite Alena stories was from elementary school. Both our families went out for dinner together and Alena and I chugged Shirley Temples and made each other laugh so hard that we BOTH threw up. To this day, no one has managed to make me laugh that hard and hopefully no one ever will haha.

Andy and I were also in the same fraternity in college but we didn’t get close until afterwards. Through college, we had mutual friends and would always hang out in the same groups but never just the two of us. Fast forward to now and we have spent the last year living together and creating a strong friendship. Andy has grown so much as a man since his early days of college and it has been an awesome thing to see. I know we will be just as close moving forward and I look forward to having him stand by my side at Sophia and I’s wedding in September
