We’re so excited to have family and friends joining us from near and far – whether you’re coming from England, the USA, or just down the road, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Our wedding will be taking place at Sandpiper Resort, Harrison Mills, BC, which is about a 1.5–2 hour drive from Vancouver.

The closest major airport is Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Air Canada Discount ✈️

We’ve set up a special discount with Air Canada to make the journey a little easier for those flying in.

Travel window: Our discount code is valid for travel between August 21 – September 6, 2026

Valid travel days: Monday through Sunday, within the above timeframe

North America: 5% off Standard fares, 10% off Flex fares & higher

International: 10% off Standard fares & higher

Travel Requirements 🌍

English guests: You’ll need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before flying to Canada (it’s quick, online, and valid for multiple visits for up to 5 years). You can apply here: Official eTA Website.

USA guests: If you’re travelling on a U.S. passport, you don’t need an eTA – just your valid passport.

We recommend checking your passport expiry date well in advance – Canada usually requires it to be valid for a minimum of 6 months.

Wedding Coach Service 🚌

To make things easier, we’ll be arranging a coach from North Vancouver to Sandpiper Resort on the wedding day:

Departure: Saturday, August 29 at 1:00pm (North Vancouver → Sandpiper Resort)

Return: Sunday, August 30 at 11:00am (Sandpiper Resort → North Vancouver, arriving back around 1:00pm)

If you’d like to reserve a spot on the coach, please let us know when you RSVP so we can add you to the list. Priority will be given to our out-of-town guests, but we will still have room for some local guests if you would like to be included.

Parking is available on-site at the resort if you prefer to drive yourself.
