We’re so excited to welcome you to Vancouver and Harrison Mills for our wedding! Please note that when booking accommodation, you will need to book separate accommodation for the night of the wedding, as our venue is 1.5 hours away from the city. Below are our recommendations to help you plan your trip.

AirBnB Options in North Vancouver

AirBnB's are hard to come by in Vancouver, so we would recommend booking into one sooner rather than later. We've compiled a list of recommendations based on their location in North Van.

Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier North Vancouver

Seaside Hotel North Vancouver

Great options for those who want easy access to downtown. Located in the heart of the lively Shipyards District in Lower Lonsdale, it’s surrounded by restaurants, shops, and even a summer night market on Fridays. From here, you can reach downtown Vancouver in just 12 minutes on the Seabus ferry. This area is also well connected to attractions in North Vancouver, including Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain.

DoubleTree by Hilton North Vancouver

This recently renovated hotel is just down the street from Sophie and Ben, making it a convenient option. It’s a more budget-friendly choice and only a 30-minute bus ride to downtown right from outside the hotel. This is well located to attractions on the North Shore with Lonsdale Quay Market and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park each within a 15-minute drive, and Grouse Mountain is under 20 minutes away.

Downtown Vancouver Hotels

If you’d prefer to stay in the heart of the city, there are many wonderful hotel options downtown. We recommend looking for accommodation in the Waterfront or Burrard areas, which are central, safe, and close to major attractions. (We suggest avoiding the Downtown Eastside area when booking.)

Since our venue is located 1.5 hours from Vancouver, you will need to move accommodations for the wedding itself.

On-Site Cabins

We will be able to accommodate around 65 guests on-site at Sandpiper, in a mixture of cabins and Inn rooms.

Sasquatch Inn

For those guests we cannot accommodate onsite, the Sasquatch Inn is a 10-minute walk from Sandpiper. These rooms can be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Harrison Hot Springs Village

A charming spot with a variety of hotels and rentals, located 20 minutes away by car or taxi. We recommend Bramblebank Cottages for families and groups.
