Megan and Staci met at work in 2009 after Staci’s first day at HAS. They were the only two in the office under the age of 30, and Megan was born and raised in Seattle, she wasn’t looking for any more friends… but Staci was. She was new to town and had a handful of friends from college, but wanted to get to know more people. So Staci proceeded to force Megan to coffee every morning and they became fast friends. Megan and Staci will be lifelong travel buddies, as they both like the same slow paced yet fun low key adventures. Megan and Holly both were Staci’s two first friends to meet Dan when they visited the week before Dan asked Staci to be his girlfriend. Dan may or may not have married Megan to a redneck at Willies in Eagle Point… so we might have to get her divorced before she marries Kevin (just kidding). But Dan is ordained so… In all honesty though, when Staci left Seattle in 2018 she wanted to make sure she kept up with her friends she had made in Seattle as they had made a huge impact in her life in the 10 years she lived there. Megan kept in touch almost weekly. Although now Staci jokes she has a better relationship with Megan’s voicemail, but only because between Megan’s job and wedding planning and social life she is a busy girl. They always make time to catch up for at least an hour and both make an effort to visit each other whenever possible. Staci couldn’t imagine not having Megan standing by her side at her wedding as she will be a bridesmaid in Megan’s wedding nearly 1 month before Staci and Dan’s wedding.

Staci and Mary met on the playground of Forest Hills Elementary School back in 1992 as they were the two tallest in Kindergarten! Staci and Mary would often be called over to get the trolley that was stuck in the middle as no one else could reach it! After 32 years of friendship, Staci and Mary will be lifers. Staci and Mary stayed close friends throughout junior high and high school playing volleyball together. Even though Mary chose to go to the rival college, they still visited and made the most of their breaks off together. Mary is always the voice of reason in Staci’s head. Mary and Staci have been through every high and low in life together with family, friends and guys! Mary has seen Staci through every crush and guy that didn’t work out. Mary is the type of friend everyone needs in their life. She is a ride or die, but she will ground you after no matter what you’re doing. Staci couldn’t be more proud to have Mary as a best friend and standing next to her when she marries the love of her life.

Lorien and Staci went to high school together, but it wasn’t until she married Staci’s brother, Matt, that they became Sisters-in-law! Staci and Lo have so many inside jokes together, Staci seems to always catch Lo saying something funny on video. Lo helped introduce Staci to some of her girlfriends in Medford when Staci made the move south. Lo has been there for Staci on her good days and bad days and been the true definition of a sister! Staci only ever had a brother, and Lo was the first one to show her what it felt like to have a true sister and someone cares about every inch of your life. Staci stood next to Lo when she married her brother and this day wouldn’t be the same without Lo standing next to Staci.

Staci met Holly in 2009 at work. Holly was a supervisor in the office, but it was only a year before Staci worked under Holly. Staci, Holly and Megan every Monday night would switch hosting Bachelor viewing parties at each other’s houses. It became such a fun tradition they all look fondly on! Holly and Staci were neighbors in West Seattle for years and Holly left the wet Pacific NW for NYC in 2015. Staci was her first guest in NYC! The week before Dan officially asked Staci to be his girlfriend, Holly and Megan flew to Medford. Staci organized a dinner for Dan to meet both Holly and Megan as she knew there weren’t going to be many opportunities for Dan to meet Holly as she lives across the country. And they are so thankful they did! That night, Dan being ordained may have married Megan off to a random Redneck in Eagle Point…. It was a memorable weekend and both Holly and Megan got to meet him before anyone else!

Sarah is Dan’s youngest sister. Dan always spoke so highly of his younger sister Sarah, and Staci being a younger sister herself, knows how protective younger sisters are of their brothers, but they became fast friends and Sarah has become a rock in Staci’s life. Staci, Dan and Sarah have been making new family memories together every chance they get!

Staci met Molly when a mutual friend suggested she get her lashes done with Molly. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting Molly you will instantly feel the positivity that Molly gives off. Molly has become Staci's unofficial therapist during lash appointments, but Staci and Molly learned they had so much in common. The day of Staci and Dan's first date Molly did her lashes and was giving Staci a pep talk. Since then Molly and her husband, Chase have become fast friends with Staci and Dan. You can often find them on a double date at sushi or making sick gingerbread houses. Molly is a true Hype-girl in every sense of the word, and Staci simply couldn't imagine not having Molly stand beside her.

Jerry and Dan met when they were 16, and have been inseparable ever since. One of Dan's oldest friends, almost every story Dan has regarding some adventure has Jerry in it somehow. They hunt together every year, work together, and have a million stupid little inside jokes that no one else finds funny except for themselves. (So don't be surprised to see these two giggling over something stupid. It's just how they are) Jerry took an immediate liking to Staci, and banters with her almost as much as he does with Dan! Jerry and Dan consider each other family and have leaned on each other in troubling times, and will come to the others aid at the drop of a hat, no questions asked. Their friendship is one you read about in stories, or see in movies. They will always be in each others lives, no matter what life throws at them

Staci's brother and Dan became quick friends after they met and realized that they had quite a few things in common. Matt made Dan feel right at home with the Stringer family and always went out of his way to try to get to understand some of Dan's other interests, as well as teach Dan about his (that way Dan wasn't lost when the Stringer family started going on about sports!) Always supportive of Dan and Staci, he quickly held a special place in Dan's heart.

Dan, his mom, and his sisters moved back to Medford in 2009 from the Oregon Coast and they stayed with his mom's sister and her family, and a close bond formed with Dan and his cousin Luke. Dan considered him more of a little brother than a cousin, and the two have always held that bond near and dear to their hearts. Whenever these two get together, there's no denying the family resemblance, both physically and in personality.

One of Dan's newer friends, but still a brother to him, Richard and Dan met in the summer of 2020 while keeping watch over small businesses during the unrest in the streets of the PNW. Quickly realizing their common interests in history, tabletop gaming, and other random topics, they had plenty to talk about, both in person and over the phone with Richard was working nights delivering goods along the I-5 corridor. Fiercely loyal to each other and always ready to have a laugh together, Richard was another perfect choice for the wedding party

Jesse and Dan met when they were 16 when Dan's cousin introduced them while playing airsoft, and they immediately clicked. They shared the same sense of humor, interest in games and books, and both went on to serve in the US armed services after high school. Jesse has always been a true friend to Dan, and has always been right there when Dan has needed him. Always quick with a joke, but just as quick with a piece of advice, Jesse has been a friend that Dan has trusted and loved throughout the years. Through thick and thin, these two friends have forged a bond that will stand the test of time.

Georja is one of Staci’s former volleyball athletes from her first team she coached at Crater in 2019. Georja also known as Geo, walked onto Staci’s court with talent and sass, something Staci knows all too well. Georja became a leader and staple on Staci’s court. Geo quickly dug out a Georja shaped spot in Staci’s heart. She worked at Siskiyou, where Staci paired her with Dan during the holiday season working on BBQ sets together, and they became fast friends as well. Geo has helped house and dog sit Gus and comes over often for dinner with Dan and Staci. Geo has become like a daughter to Staci and will forever be a part of Staci and Dan’s family.

Bailee is one of Staci’s former volleyball athletes from her second year at Crater in 2020. Since her Freshman year though, Bailee had caught Staci’s eye. Bailee is a kid who always shows up early and stays late putting up and taking the nets down and putting in the extra effort on and off the court. Staci was ecstatic when Bailee was finally on her team. She is a leader at heart and the “Mom” of the team. During a team sleepover Bailee proceeded to lecture Staci about how her house wasn’t secure enough. But now with Dan in the house, they are a VERY Secure household! Bailee is also one Staci and Dan consider one of their kids, she has also helped dog sit and comes over to make cookies and dinner with us. Staci and Dan couldn’t imagine their big day without Bailee as a part of it.

Tayler was also on Staci’s first team at Crater in 2019. Tayler was one of the quieter ones on her team, but if you’ve ever seen Staci coach, it is her goal to bring the best out of her kiddos and Tayler has a heart of gold. She always found sweet ways to let Staci know she appreciated her coaching and Staci was sad yet proud the year she had to let Tayler go off her team for Varsity. This past year, Staci coached an 8th Grade Varsity team and Tayler was her assistant coach. Staci found so much joy coaching along side Tayler and watching her grow up into such a strong woman! Staci can’t wait to coach again with her next season! Staci told Tayler’s mom her Junior year, that she knew Tayler, Georja and Bailee would be walking down the aisle at her wedding.

Everleigh and Palmer are Staci and Dan's nieces. We are so excited to have these sweet girls be apart of our big day! Expect to see them on the dance floor getting down to some Taylor Swift and Katy Perry!

Doctor Gus has been Staci's companion for 9 years. When Dan and Staci met, Gus quickly took to Dan and would greet him every day when he got home from work with the most excitement ever. Gus will be accompanied by the Junior Bridesmaids and be a part of the ceremony.
