Q + A

How and When Should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by July 22nd here on our website via the "RSVP" tab once it goes live!

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire - here's an excuse to dress up for a night out in the city! We advise suit and ties for men (no tuxes) and midi to longer dresses for women, but wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and at your best.

Are kids invited?

We love kids—I mean, Steph's a pediatrician! However, we want this to be your night off, so we are planning on having an adults-only wedding

Is there parking at the wedding?

We encourage those staying in the city to take public transportation or ride shares/taxis to the ceremony, but for anyone who would like to drive, there is a self-park garage at the hotel.

What type of food will be at your wedding?

Our reception will be at PAGU, a Spanish Japanese tapas restaurant in Cambridge. We will have a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres followed by a buffet-style dinner with meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. We will collect dietary restrictions in our RSVP's, but if you would like to inform us of any further in advance, please contact us!

Will there be an open bar?

There will be a cash bar at the happy hour on Friday night (September 6th), but there will be an open bar at the wedding reception. There will be wine, beer, and cocktails available.

What will the weather be like?

If you've ever spent time in Boston, you know that the weather can be unpredictable, both year-to-year and hour-to-hour! Summer tends to be winding down in early September, but the weather can vary. The historical average high/low for September 7th is 76/61F. However, in 2023, it was 89/78F, and in 2022, it was 71/60F. We will hope for a sunny day, but in the case of rain, we will have an indoor option for the ceremony, and the cocktail hour on the patio will have a tent.
