NOTES:

We would love to welcome all of our wedding guests to please join us at the hotel lobby bar space for drinks and getting together before our special day!

We recommend eating prior at one of the hotel's buffets or restaurants as food is not offered at this location.

THURSDAY: DECEMBER 12, 2024

OUTDOOR CEREMONY

5:00PM - 5:30PM

DRESS CODE = Beach Cocktail

YOU CAN EITHER WALK TO THE CEREMONY LOCATION OR IF YOU PREFER TO TAKE THE GOLF CART, PLEASE BE IN THE HOTEL LOBBY (WHERE YOU CHECKED IN) AT 4:30PM SHARP AND THE GOLF CART WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CEREMONY LOCATION.

NOTES:

Please arrive prior to the time of the ceremony at the location and allow enough time to navigate to the location.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

COCKTAIL HOUR

5:30PM - 6:30PM

Everyone is welcome to join us at the Discotheque following the Reception until the night ends to keep the celebration going!

FRIDAY: DECEMBER 13, 2024

BREAKFAST GET TOGETHER (OPTIONAL)

LOCATION = La Marina

NOTES:

If you would like to join us for breakfast at this buffet location, we plan to be here around 8:30am till 11:00 (breakfast closing time) and would love to see you! Stop by and say hello while enjoying breakfast the following day.

BEACH BAR & MAIN POOL (FOAM PARTY) (OPTIONAL)

12:00PM - 4:30PM

LOCATION = Coco (Snack Beach Bar)

If breakfast is not for you, you are welcome to catch us at the hotel Beach Bar & Beach around noon for a farewell! We will continue the day between the beach and the main hotel pool, weather permitting.
