THINGS TO KNOW & PREPARING FOR TRAVEL:

We recommend downloading the Iberostar app prior to your travel and to use during your time at the resort! You can use the app for:

- Online check-in & connecting with a concierge.

- Booking restaurants at the resort if you do not want to eat at the buffets!

- See a full list of activities for the days including workout classes, pool games & foam parties, nighttime entertainment, archery, volleyball and much more!

- My favorite since it is a large property, selecting a location on the property and utilizing the navigation feature to easily find your way to your destination!

PACKING LIST IDEAS:

- Sunscreen (If you plan to check a bag this is a must! Sunscreen is available at the local hotel shops but is very expensive. Bringing sunscreen with you will save you $$$)

- Insulated cups (Stanley/YETI/etc.) & reusable straws (This is an environmentally friendly resort and all cups provide are sustainable to be reused. This might mean your pina colada could melt quickly...but they are more than happy to refill your own provided cup which could make that frozen drink or beer stay colder longer! Straws are also not provided so if you would like one, we recommend bringing your own reusable one!)

- Beach floats & tubes! (The resort has a lazy river, pools and beaches! Tubes are available for purchase or you could head to the dollar store prior to travel to snag your own! Feel free to leave it at the resort when you depart if you do not want to travel with it for another family to use)

- Snorkels & goggles

- Money for tipping your bartenders & waiters (We recommend bringing single dollars with you)

- Rain Jacket

- Sunglasses

- Passport

- Beach/Pool Bag
