YES! Travel to Mexico from the United States is considered international and you will need a passport to enter the country. Your passport must not expire 6 months prior to your travel to/from Mexico.

YES! Most countries will not let you enter the country within 3 months of the expiration of your passport and Mexico enforces 6 months prior to expiration. Passports are recommend to be renewed ASAP.

The resort is family friendly and we would love your family to come celebrate with us on this vacation celebration! The resort offers babysitting services if preferred for the ceremony. Please confirm in your RSVP if your children are planning to attend the ceremony & reception.

3-Night Minimum, but as long as you would like! We are required to be there at least 3 days before 12/12/24 and plan to stay a couple days following the wedding. Wedding party members may also be at the resort a couple days prior. A proposed minimum duration travel itinerary would be arriving the day before (there will be a welcome reception offered the night before the wedding day) through the day after the wedding. Or you can add a couple extra days for vacation fun!

Shuttle transfers are available to book through the link included under the Travel tab. You are also welcome to book your own shuttle or transfer if preferred. Please see the Travel tab for more information to book through Happy Shuttle.

Yes and we also recommend downloading the Iberostar app prior to your travel and to use during your time at the resort. The app has a feature to navigate you (using the Wi-Fi) to your restaurant or activity destination!

Yes and it is safe. You will receive your own Iberostar provided water bottle to refill on the resort property and many of the water stations. This is an environmentally friendly resort with sustainable water.
