Stephanie and I met through Match.com in September 2019. After our first date, I knew that there was something different about her from the start. She was sweet, down to earth, intelligent, and had a passion for adventure. Stephanie and I have had many adventures! These adventures have ranged from cooking classes, to hiking the many trails in Rocky Mountain National Park, to traveling across the country together. Stephanie is the first person that I want to talk to in the morning and the last person I want to talk to in the evening. She is the person who I want to share about my day and any news that has popped up. I’m not sure what adventures life has in store for us in our future, but I know that a life with Stephanie will be worthwhile and meaningful.

There isn't a day so far in my life that is more special to me than May 14th, 2021 when Ben asked me to spend the rest of our lives together. We went for a morning walk to one of my favorite spots in Grand Lake Colorado called Point Park. It's a beautiful park with a paved path that leads to the waters edge. In just a short distance a dock can be found nestled around some trees. As you walk out onto the dock you're able to overlook Grand Lake itself. Surrounded by picturesque skies and mountains on either side. If you look straight ahead you can see Mount Baldy in all its glory.

It was in this spot, with no one else around that Ben held me in his arms and with an ease in his breath he shared with me all that was on his heart. It's a precious moment in time, locked in his arms, that I'll remember so vividly forever. From there, and in true proposal fashion, Ben got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! With happy tears in my eyes, and a giddy bounce, I screamed, warned him not to drop the ring in the water, and said
