Fine dining in Quebec City is special because of their commitment to quality and using locally sourced ingredients. Not to mention, the prices are favorable for our American guests when considering the conversion rate against the quality.
For those of you interested in local products, l'île d'Orléans is the perfect place for you. A short drive from the city, it is home to many family farms and local businesses. They offer a good deal of produce from fruits and vegetables, to dairy and cheeses. One of our personal favourites, "Fromagerie Ferme Audet", specializes in goat dairy products, including soft serve ice cream!
This is another relatively close option for guests who are looking to escape the city and enjoy nature. You can enjoy the fall colors by taking a hike in this beautiful national park. Keep in mind that a car will be needed to get there.
